Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Hybrid Comply account and all of your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from within the app (recommended)
- Open the Hybrid Comply app and sign in.
- Go to More → Settings.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If prompted, re-enter your password (or sign in again for Google/Apple accounts).
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email hello@hybrid-hq.co.uk from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile (name, email, organisation).
- All properties, inspections, checklists, routine logs and compliance records.
- All photographs and documents you uploaded.
- Locally stored data on your device.
What may be retained, and for how long
A limited amount of information may be retained where the law requires it — for example billing and tax records, and records needed to establish or defend legal claims. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups until the ordinary backup cycle expires (no more than 90 days). Full details are in our Data Retention Schedule and Privacy Policy.
Where Hybrid Comply processes information on behalf of an organisation (for example inspection records created under an employer’s account), that organisation controls the record and requests should be directed to it.
